Fall is Panama City Beach's time for festivals. With the Pirate festival going on this weekend to the 16th annual Jazz by the Bay Festival October 7 and eighth this weekend. This is Bay County's premier jazz festival. For two days, October 7 and October 8, the festival will be held at the Oaks by the Bay Park and St. Andrews.
